Phil is a licenced PMANZ technician and Laurice looks after the office and admin.  As a team, we commenced working in pest control (as MCC Property Services) back in 2004 in Queenstown within commercial, hospitality and residential environments.  After spending some time in Australia we worked in Dunedin for a period, and finally relocated to Wanaka 2024.

Having lived in both the North and South Islands and Australia - we always had a longing to return to Central Otago.

We both love the outdoors and the environment that Wanaka has to offer, plus the benefit of having close accessibility to an international airport without having to live in a city.
